Class Description

Shanti yoga is pranayama & meditation class that is paid by voluntary contribution from 50p to whatever each person wishes to give. 100% of contributions will go to fund projects in the local area that include FREE Yoga for the elderly, those suffering or recovering from physical illness and those suffering from anxiety or stress related illnesses who can’t afford or have access to a yoga class.
