In this special workshop you will be introduced to the Heart chakra, the vibrational centre through which we develop compassion and self-love.
The goal of the workshop is to activate and balance Anahata energy through chakra philosophy, yoga asana, meditation, mantra and breath-work.
In this workshop you will be introduced to:
Philosophy and psychology related to Heart chakra energy
The science behind Chakra’s
Meditation to awaken and balance the energies of Heart chakra
Yoga postures and movement to activate the Heart chakra
Pranayama (breathing) to direct your Heart chakra energy through breath
Mantra to raise the energy & help everyone shed their inhibitions to find the TRUE SELF.
When we work with Heart chakra we address issues including:
Kindness towards self and others
Unity and Connection the sense that we are all one.
Physical tightness in the chest and shoulders
The information in this course will be presented in a modern context, the postures and techniques taught will be accessible to all our students.
Yoga postures will be taught at a beginner level in this workshop but will include advanced modifications for seasoned Yogi’s.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing that you can move in.
Some may change for the party.

Yoga Life was created to be an oasis that everyone can escape too but, its was also created to be fun and bring people together.
