About me:

I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and have gained a breadth of knowledge in something in which I love and am passionate about. I want people to feel the same and help them achieve their fitness goals and lead a better quality of life!

I achieved my Bsc Sport and Exercise Science degree at Liverpool John Moores University. After travelling round Japan, America and Australia and gaining a vast amount of life experience, I went on to qualify with my Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. Through my time studying I have learnt and gained in-depth knowledge and skills relating to exercise and health, such as Optimal Nutrition and Exercise for Fat Loss, Core Stability, Kettlebells & a Diploma in Clinical Nutrition.

I specialise in Fat Loss for Men & Women and Pre/Post Natal Exercise Training, helping women workout safely and effectively before and after pregnancy.

I practice yoga weekly and think this is an amazing tool for the body and mind and try to incorporate some stretches/poses into every session! J
