Hello, I’m Trisha, My aim is to help my students leave class restored & renewed


My classes follow the traditional path of Hatha Yoga & I incorporate my knowledge of Chinese herbal medicine to create a balancing holistic practice. Yoga has the power to rejuvenate & heal the body from the inside out. My classes take a gentler, less dynamic approach which allows all my students an opportunity to experience each asana (posture) to its full.
