30 Days of Mindful Movement

On Monday January 7th I’m launching a brand new wellbeing campaign to encourage everyone to make a mindful & healthy start to 2019. The aim is to get you moving for 30 consecutive days but with the addition of awareness.

January is the perfect time to become more active and often we all set the intention to improve our physical health by panning regular walks, maybe a jog, to do more yoga or join a gym class. Mindful movement also offers an opportunity to improve our mental wellbeing too. Another attribue we gain from mindful movement is that it helps us cultivate a greater awareness of ourself and teaches us the skills needed for mediation. Our lives are filled with distraction and after the festivities of December we can enter into January a little fuzzy headed. Joining me on this 30 day FREE plan will take you on a progressive mind-body focusing journey.

Along the way you will receive advice on exercise, nutrition, yoga & meditation.
