The most experienced yogis may want to try an advanced yoga class. Advanced yoga is designed for those that have been practicing yoga for years and have really progressed in their practice. Advanced yoga classes tend to be more strenuous and are designed to get your heartbeat up and the sweat dripping. We’d recommend you trying out some of our beginner or intermediate classes before you come to an advanced yoga class but if you’re a really fit person with a strong mindset you’re welcome to come along and experience the fun.
