Mandala Yoga

Mandala yoga is a mid-paced vinyasa style class that uses movement and breath control to guide students around all 4 corners of the mat in 360 degree sequences. The class blends physically challenging postures with calming graceful movement.

Physically the class is flowing at a slower pace through different levels of yoga posture, while connecting breath to movement and working on a particular target area in the body. As the movements are slower, led by breath, the sequence often resembles a soft dance. The class can be both energising and deeply calming with the potential to adapt the class at any point.
