Classes with a moderate pace that incorporate more flowing expressive movement, mastering breath with movement will invoke that “letting go” feeling, while increasing flexibility, mobility, core and back strength. Suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis.

Relaxation + flexibility + tonification

Classes to get the heart racing and the sweat dripping, surpass your own limitations and kick your own asana, you will feel unstoppable. Suitable for intermediate-experienced yogis.
