Val d'Isère Snowga Retreat
Eight days of skiing, twice-daily Snowga, breathwork, cold therapy, nourishing food and luxury alpine recovery in a ski-in, ski-out lodge.
Prepare for the slopes. Recover for tomorrow.
Snowga brings together the focus and body awareness of yoga with the adrenaline and challenge of skiing or snowboarding.
Morning sessions activate and lengthen the muscles you need on the mountain, with balance and grounding work designed to support your skiing. Evening sessions focus on mobility, recovery and deep relaxation after a full day outside.
Beginners are welcome, lessons can be arranged, and experienced skiers or snowboarders can use the week to sharpen performance while enjoying a supportive retreat atmosphere.
A complete alpine performance and recovery week.
Every part of the retreat is designed to help you enjoy the mountain, care for your body and make the most of the lodge and the people around you.
