Reopening Update

Hi Yogi’s,

We are opening the doors to all of our studios from May 17th and you will have sessions or membership days owed from pre-lockdown. We don’t want you to miss out on your sessions, so please download the app yogalife uk and we can get you booked in. Theres nothing to pay, just use your sessions before they expire.

We have tried to be as flexible as possible with Memberships and class passes that were purchased before the effects of Covid hit us early in 2020, providing extensions each time there has been a national lockdown. Our priority has always been to ensure that our existing service users do not lose any of the purchases they have made if they do not feel comfortable to return to the studio.

What will happen to my unused class passes or memberships I purchased before lockdown?

We are now looking towards moving all our members to registering on the new app and website which combines all three studios – Wilmslow, Poynton and Alderley Edge.

Once you are registered on here, we will be transferring any unused class passes, or days remaining from Memberships / intro 30 day passes purchased before the first national Lockdown in March 2020.

We will be commencing these from May 17th when our studios reopen.

Class passes – Any unused will be added to your new Yogalife account and must be used before 16th July 2021.

Memberships and 30 day intro class passes – Any days remaining will re-commence on 17th May, and run consecutively until ended.

N.B It may be possible to delay the activation date of the days remaining on these, if requested in writing prior to May 17th.

Not ready to return to our studio’s for in person Yoga classes?

We understand that you may not feel ready to join us in person to practice. Don’t worry, we will still have a wide range of live classes available via zoom enabling you to join in from the comfort of your own home.

If you are unsure on how to book or use the zoom classes, please contact us and we will be happy to guide you through.

Will I be able to get a refund for any unused class passes or unfinished memberships?

We will not be able to extend these dates further or offer any refunds. All expiry dates for the class passes are in line with the 60 day expiry date stated on purchase.

As always, we are here to help if you need any advice on which classes to book, or which studio might best serve your needs.

You can even use your pass to do a mixture of zoom and studio classes if this suits you.

We look forward to seeing you soon at one of our studios.

In the meantime, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

See you on the mat,
Stuart
