A class pass is useful when its terms fit the way you actually attend. Before buying another pack or reserving a class, take a moment to check the dates, the classes it covers and the information shown in your account. A few simple checks can prevent a last-minute surprise when you are ready to book.
This guide is a checklist, not a replacement for the terms attached to your particular purchase. For the current options, start with YogaLife passes and memberships and read the product details before paying.
Look for the expiry date, not just the credit balance
Having credits left and having credits that are still valid are different questions. Open the details for your pass and look for its expiry date. If a date is unclear, ask the studio before you rely on those credits for a future visit.
Do not assume that buying a larger pack means it lasts indefinitely. Equally, do not assume that the date of purchase and the date of your first class are always treated in the same way. Check the wording for the product you are choosing rather than applying the rules of an earlier offer.
Compare the pass with your actual diary
Think about the weeks when you can realistically attend. Holidays, work commitments and changes to your routine can make a larger pack less useful than it first appears. List the classes you could genuinely make, rather than the number you hope to fit in on an ideal week.
Before purchasing, look at the current timetable and the class descriptions. An available credit does not itself reserve a space in a particular session. Choose the pass after checking that the times and formats fit your needs.
Check what your purchase covers
Read whether the product applies to the classes you want. Treat workshops, special events, training and other activities as separate questions rather than assuming that every YogaLife booking uses the same entitlement.
If you have more than one product in your account, check which one the booking will use. Where that is not clear, ask before confirming instead of buying again to work around an account issue.
Keep the booking and its terms together
After booking, check that the correct date and session appear in your account. Keep the relevant confirmation so that you can refer to it if something looks wrong. Before changing your plans, read the cancellation information for that booking; cancelling a class and ending a membership are not necessarily the same process.
If you need help, tell the studio which pass you hold, which class you are trying to book and what the screen says. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. A clear description helps the team identify whether the question concerns the pass, the booking or account access.
Use the YogaLife Handforth app to review your account, and contact YogaLife before purchasing if any expiry or eligibility detail is uncertain.
