Flow Yoga

Flow classes link breath and movement in a beautifully but challenging yoga class. It is excellent for building upper body strength and flexibility as well as being great for the core muscles.

Overview:

This class offers a little bit of everything. Some challenging standing postures are mixed with more restorative postures on the floor. You will learn how to link breath and body to create a moving meditation practice.

By the end of the class you will be hot, sweaty and super stretchy. The practice closes with meditation and/or relaxation to leave you in a place of total inner peace. Expect music, good vibes and lots of heat.

This class can be dynamic and physical but it can be modified to suit all levels, including beginners.
