If you’ve never tried yoga before, we appreciate it can be a little bit intimidating. You’ll no doubt have many questions before you begin – Which type of yoga should I try? How much yoga should I be doing? Am I going to be any good? But the beauty of yoga is that it is open to all people, and even if you only practice for one hour a week, you will experience the benefits of yoga. If you can do more than that, great! And you will certainly experience more benefits but you always go at your own pace.

At YogaLife we welcome yogis of all abilities and we ensure everyone feels welcome from the moment they step into one of our studios. You don’t have to be the most flexible or the strongest – you just need a positive attitude and the determination to progress!
