Our intermediate yoga classes are designed for those who have been practicing yoga for a while and would like to experience something a little more strenuous than the beginner classes. But that’s not to say you have to have completed the beginner classes before you move on to the intermediate level. If you’re a fairly in shape person or you just have the right mindset to get stuck in, our intermediate yoga classes may be the perfect fit for you.
